“I can't say enough good things about Eric and the Valiant Coffee team. I've always loved their coffee as it's freshly roasted, amazingly delicious and local to us. This year I decided to share some of my favorite coffees with all our customers and they quickly roasted and put together over 200 bags of coffee. The bags looked fantastic, the coffee smelled amazing and it was a huge hit with all our customers! Eric made it so easy to order, kept me updated on the progress and even delivered it all right to my door step. Thanks again!“

“Came here because I know I like the food and it was amazing as always. Me and my girlfriend ordered, sat down, then she decided she wanted some fries. She waited in line again for a bit but it was a little long, at the time came back to the table as the food came. She said “yea the line was long so it’s ok” the manager overheard as he was dropping the food off and wanted to get us whatever we were waiting for free. Honestly it’s stuff like this that will always have me coming back! Love places like this with welcoming staff!!“

“We love Max's from SanFran. The food is very consistent, but the service has been questionalbe for the past 10 years of stopping in Auburn from Reno. Seems like they only cater to locals and don't care about travelers. Example: We were seated today. Cashier cleared and wiped table but did not set the table, give menus or even ask about drinks. Took another 15 minutes for our server to appear, and she only brought napkins. Took another 10 minutes to get menus and silverware. When the order was taken, food came fast. We only spent an hour there, but when you are paying 75.00 for lunch of 3 people, I expect a little more gratitude. I know serving is hard, and they depend on tips, but here it seems to be expected, and they don't want to earn it. We will continue to go there, but we know what to expect.
Parking: Available when place is not too busy.

Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of room and bathroom accessible, too.“
