This is a great place to stop to eat when the In N Out just below in the parking lot is too dang busy! Max's is part of the Max's chain out of SF originally. Known for saying on the door, "This is a bad place for a diet"! I agree, they'll offer huge portions of delicious food, from burgers and sandwiches to the famous Patty Melt.This will cost a little more than eating at the In N Out, but it's worth it more a nicer dining experience. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and service here. The food was perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. I had the rib eye, my wife had the salmon, all delicious! The waitress was excellent, helpful and friendly. This surpassed my expectations for a hotel restaurant. I would definitely return.

The food and service here is amazing! We have been here a few times and were very impressed! The staff were so friendly and helpful. We have had the same server every visit and he was beyond amazing! The atmosphere is so cozy and warm and welcoming. I am so picky with food and I have absolutely loved everything I have eaten there. My goal is to have everything on the menu. I can't wait for my next visit! I highly recommend Max's.
