Being a original Togo's fan (yep, San Jose State two blocks away in the '70's) I have always loved a good sub sandwich. Subway is fair and now Togo's has lost its original freshness (and use of a lot of oil) so in comparison JJ's is more enjoyable, especially their Italian combo. However if you are really hungry try Beach Hut deli just a little drive away where they pile it on and you can have a cold one.

Ordered my lunch online for deliver since I knew my day was going to be busy. They opened at 11 so I asked for an 11:15 delivery. Ends up I got it before 11 because they didn't have a driver. Since they didn't have a driver the gentleman that worked there, made my sandwich before they opened and drove it over! The sandwich was made exactly as ordered, super fresh and delicious! This was fantastic service and great food!!!

Just tried to grab a sandwich on the way home at 7pmsince they say they are open until 10pm. Door is locked, Open sign is turned off, they seem to be cleaning up store, an employee came and opened door and when we asked if they are closed they said "almost but you can order". Just seemed like they didn't want business or that we were inconveniencing them so we left without ordering.

My last 3 to go orders were canceled for no reason even though I placed them more than an hour before closing. I showed up tonight at 9:35 and they were closed, even though Jimmy John's prides themselves on being open 15 minutes after closing. The customer service is usually great, but my last 4 or 5 experiences have left a sour taste in my mouth. I will not be going here again. There are plenty of places in town that stay open to their posted hours, and as someone who usually gets off of work late, I appreciate those businesses and will give them my money.

Same great quality you can always expect from Jimmy John's. The only problem with this store is that it was understaffed today. There was only one guy working. At one point he actually had to lock up in the middle of the day and leave to do a delivery.

I could get a far superior sandwich for $2 less at the deli in any grocery store! I can't believe this place has the nerve to call themselves a gormet sandwich shop! First of all they only have 1 kind of cheese and 1 kind of bread... No options! Also they don't even have mustard to put on during the making process, only packets on the side, much less other mustard options that any real gormet sandwich shop should always have. Ridiculous. No wonder there was nobody there during lunch hour on a weekend.

I'm a fan of sandwiches and Jimmy John's is is cheaper than Mr. Pickles and seems to be faster too. The staff and owner have always been nice to me and they seem to have a good time here which makes a positive difference in atmosphere, at least to me.

I paid extra for avocado that was rancid. They recommended a sauce that was disgusting. Tiny selection of produce, didn't even have olives or bell peppers. Only mustard and mayo. Apart from the avocado, it still would have tasted gross. Got it to go so i left before i tried it. couldnt get money back had to throw away. Never going again.
Ordered online. Charged my account. Waited an hour. Called no answer and still no sandwiches. This is the second time they've done this despite saying they don't close till 10. I love waiting an hour for nothing. Service here is garbage.

Great sandwiches. I love the unwich for the lesser calories and carbs. The staff is very friendly and go out of their way to make it a good experience. Highly recommend!!
