Ordered my lunch online for deliver since I knew my day was going to be busy. They opened at 11 so I asked for an 11:15 delivery. Ends up I got it before 11 because they didn't have a driver. Since they didn't have a driver the gentleman that worked there, made my sandwich before they opened and drove it over! The sandwich was made exactly as ordered, super fresh and delicious! This was fantastic service and great food!!!
Same great quality you can always expect from Jimmy John's. The only problem with this store is that it was understaffed today. There was only one guy working. At one point he actually had to lock up in the middle of the day and leave to do a delivery.

Being a original Togo's fan (yep, San Jose State two blocks away in the '70's) I have always loved a good sub sandwich. Subway is fair and now Togo's has lost its original freshness (and use of a lot of oil) so in comparison JJ's is more enjoyable, especially their Italian combo. However if you are really hungry try Beach Hut deli just a little drive away where they pile it on and you can have a cold one.
