Being a original Togo's fan (yep, San Jose State two blocks away in the '70's) I have always loved a good sub sandwich. Subway is fair and now Togo's has lost its original freshness (and use of a lot of oil) so in comparison JJ's is more enjoyable, especially their Italian combo. However if you are really hungry try Beach Hut deli just a little drive away where they pile it on and you can have a cold one.

Same great quality you can always expect from Jimmy John's. The only problem with this store is that it was understaffed today. There was only one guy working. At one point he actually had to lock up in the middle of the day and leave to do a delivery.

I'm a fan of sandwiches and Jimmy John's is is cheaper than Mr. Pickles and seems to be faster too. The staff and owner have always been nice to me and they seem to have a good time here which makes a positive difference in atmosphere, at least to me.
