The Annex Tap Room & Provisions

This joint has the best pizza I’ve had in NorCal. Run by the folks that run the Auburn Ale House, they mostly do private events but open up every now and then to street traffic. We just happened to be walking old town Auburn on a day they were open to the public and I’m glad we went in! Lovely folks behind the bar, a great space, and the pizza is dynamite!

Our family had an INCREDIBLE time hosting my grandfathers 80th birthday party. We rented the space out for 3 hours for about 25 people and everyone raved about the pizzas and beer served. I can’t leave a review without highlighting the hospitality which was outstanding!! Kelsey and Jenna effortlessly supported the party and multiple people commented to my grandmother how lovely the staff was and even that they felt like part of the family. We couldn’t recommend the space and the staff enough. Thank you Kelsey and Jenna!!

Their Hawaiian pizza with pepperoni and jalapeños is fire. Love a place that doesn't have 20 different IPAs on tap.

Absolutely perfect place for the small wedding reception I attended. The food and drinks were amazing, of course, but the hospitality was outstanding!! I felt like family and can’t wait for any excuse to rent this place out for my own party!

Great venue for get-togethers. Beautiful interior and exterior. Outside is a patio with outdoor games. The food was ok.

Good beer but food was OK and small portions. The artichoke dip was a laughably small portion with about 5 chips. The margherita stromboli was just bread and cheese. I’ll come back for drinks.

Absolutely fantastic place. Delicious food and a lot of drafts. We enjoyed our visit and the waitress was very friendly and helpful. Awesome ambience.

Great wood fired pizza, burgers and wings. And, Pliny the Elder on tap! (first time that this East Coast guy has been able to drink this brew)

Nice location and atmosphere, good burger albeit slightly on the bland side for a spicy burger. C'mon, bring the spice, I'm a grown up! Liked the beer selection, wonderfully attentive staff. Minus 1 star for the cost. I was surprised for $15 the burger is ala carte.
