My Family and I was on a cruise stop in Avalon Ca.We ate a late breakfast at The Pancake Cottage.I don't eat pork..so unfortunately all there meats are cooked in the same oil..so I settled for pancakes and eggs.We all enjoyed our breakfast.Good portions.The crowd was light.Fast service
06-23-25 10:30am On a Monday. Wait time 12mins. Got us seated early than estimated time. However took about 45mins to get our food. Sat outside, table wobbled. Nice ocean front view, nothing special about the food.

We ate here twice. Huge portions for what to you’re paying. Juice is per cup - beware asking for a refill unless you want to pay $10 for two small glasses.
