“My husband selected Fat Cats for lunch on vacation because he used to be a regular 30+ years ago. I can't rave enough about our experience! We actually got there between the lunch and dinner rushes and were met by extremely friendly crew! The diner was pleasantly decorated and the seating was comfortable. However nothing prepared me for my meal. I ordered the ahi burger. It was perfectly seasoned, cooked, and accompanied. Definitely will stop by every visit to this part of Cali!!!“

“This place is a local favorite! The photos are of the oreo bing soo shaved ice. It was absolutely amazing, not too sweet, but just enough. Love it, and I can't wait to try more. My kid loves to order the Taiyaki with chocolate... yuuuummmmm. I've tried the iced matcha latte, and it did not disappoint. I needed a pick me up one day and tried the Dalgona Iced coffee - perfectly made, the pick me up I needed.“

The service was excellent. Our waitress was both friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed without hovering. Food-wise, it was mostly great. The fries were perfectly crispy, and the ranch dressing was surprisingly standout—creamy, flavorful, and clearly homemade. My turkey melt, while tasty, was a little on the soggy side. My companion enjoyed the French dip, though noted the portion size was on the smaller side. Meals were priced around $16–$17, which seems about average for the area. I’d definitely come back to try a burger next time, and I’ve heard their breakfasts are excellent—especially the ones with chili. “We got into the area kind of late and wanted a good pizza for the kids. I went and ordered carry out and had a beer while I waited. The staff was super friendly and the pizza was some of the best we’ve had! We got a half supreme and half bacon/sausage. Definitely recommend!“
