What can I say, two weeks travelling around California, Penny's was without a doubt, hands down the best breakfast and coffee we had, great service, great price and great location, if staying in Pismo Beach, this is a must!
For years we let the crowd waiting outside of Penny's All American Cafe deter us from attempting to patronizing this eatery. A huge mistake. Even with patrons waiting out front...our wait was less than 15 minutes. On the morning of our visit Penny's All American Cafe was "hoppin". There was a bit of wait to be seated but that is the first sign of good food. The quality was very good. The kids had pancakes and eggs and they loved it.
