Absolutely the best birria I've tried in Bakersfield ? The birria tatemada with a hot consome on the side ?? Tortillas a mano? The michelada was tasty as well. This place is a must ?
I have tried goat birrieria many times, and it has always been too gamey for me. I am always willing to try things over and over. So my husband took me here and I tried his and I loved it! It is not gamey at all, it's so good!
