Excellent service by Hailey. She was sooo busy handling orders from the front counter while also preparing the orders for the customers inside.. AND on top of that, she is also handling drive thru and preparing orders for them at the same time.... Killing it! Great Job Hailey. Truly Inspiring. Keep up the great work.

Placed my order in drive thru when I get to the window and pay. I get asked if I can pull to the front, and they will bring my food out when it's ready. I'm sitting in my car for almost 15 min. Plus, they made 3 other cars do the same. Went inside to see what was the hold up they had my food on the counter with no one to carry it out. They had plenty of staff 4 plus the manager. The food was cold. I won't be going back to this burger king.
