“The neighborhood had a large yard sale where 60 home gathered together to have massive sale. Apparently everyone wanted to stop and eat at the same time Leslie was under staffed but as friendly as always.
I’ve been to this location before and she has always given an extra friendly service but I’ve never taken the time to acknowledge it. Today I know I had to see how she was able to keep her above a average service even under times of extreme stress.“

“Andrew serviced us tonight, from just our small interaction regarding how to use the Carl’s Jr app and redeeming points, Andrew went above and beyond to explain the process, how to redeem items in our order for tonight which saved us money. He gave us all the new sauces which are amazing. This location has a good employee who is happy to help, easy to approach, and eager to work. I really want to express to the supervisors about what a good worker you have at this location. I hope he is evaluated highly for the type of customer service he provides. You guys are awesome.“

“Honestly my dad always finishes first whenever we go to Jack or McDonald’s even when he gets their biggest burger, but this time he finished second to last and he was highly full and satisfied. My mom and everyone also enjoyed the taste and freshness of the fries🍟“

The staff were friendly, every but if the food was hot and fresh, the root beer post was solid and not light on the syrup like literally every Carl's I've ever been to. The restaurant was clean, the AC was cold, 10/10 I just wish I lived closer to this location.“

“I was pleasantly surprised to be enthusiastically greeted by the cashier as soon as I walked in the door. 5 star service.

I was looking forward to trying the spicy chicken maxx sandwich and it was very underwhelming. The chicken patties aren’t as good as McDonald’s. However, their burgers are amazing. I will stick to that.“

“In town on vacation. The location was exceptionally clean, the service was fast, the food delicious, and the staff was very friendly and courteous. My only criticism is one I have at most places these days, and it’s the volume of the music. When I’m eating alone I like to eat in a peaceful environment, and when I’m with my spouse we enjoy talking while dining. It’s difficult to do so when the music is so loud. I totally understand low, soothing background music played at a low level does provide pleasant ambiance, but it was quite loud at this location. Thank you!“

“We just hit the drive thru late last night and the food was excellent and I was surprised when my order was only a little over 11 dollars for two of us to have a burger and a drink. It was filling and it didn't give me a small heart attack like most places do these days when they give me my total. Win win“
