Chalet Basque Restaurant offers family style dining with generous sides, featuring pickled tongue as the main dish. The current owners have improved the restaurant, with superb service and exceptional food. While the escargot was not perfect, the overall experience was top-notch. A Valentine's Day luncheon included a variety of delicious dishes like French bread, salad, green beans, and fried chicken, all served with excellent service. This is the place for cravings for Cabbage soup, and the fried chicken was delicious. The beef bourguignon was enjoyable, and the pork chop was "okay." Highly recommended for a satisfying dining experience.
