Chubby's Carnitas is one of the best places to get carnitas. The meat is moist with plenty of favor. The carnitas are really tender and juicy. The place is an outdoor food truck with seating available on patio and indoor area. Great burritos. Try the Supreme carnitas with a Chicharrón, the Quesa Birria Tacos, and the Chicharron, the best in 8 years. Highly recommend chubbys taco and any of the carnitas. The churros are the best in town, filled with cajeta. Great week day specials, wonderful prices and amazing flavor.
