Amazing ice cream and deserts. Worthy place to try some of the specials they have. If you are traveling through town and have a sweet tooth this is the place to stop. A little on the pricey side and over the years portions have decreased as well. These things have not stopped us from going there.

Every time I visit service is helpful and quick - considering the long lines. Staff is always welcoming and treat me like if I was the first visitor of the day/night. Always delicious.

My daughter and I went in today around 2 pm and sat at that counter. We sat there for around 10 minutes with no less than 4 workers behind the counter, they were chatting away while one man made a strawberry milkshake. I felt horrible when my teenager asked if we had sat at the wrong area because no one was coming to help us, she said well I guess we should have sat at the tables. She was the one that asked if we could leave because she was starting to feel uncomfortable. They were not busy and there was plenty of staff, I guess we were the wrong color, or the wrong gender or they just didn’t feel that we were worth servicing. We went across the street to Baskin Robbins instead and were treated very well. So sad for a company that has given excellent service in the past.

Consistently delicious! Dewar’s ice cream and ice milk products are my Achilles heel! I’ve liked everything I’ve ever ordered from here. I’ve been a customer since 1987! The chocolate shake is my go to! Always super cold and thick! This is the best ice cream in town!
Almost always busy, this is a well loved local institution. If the line is long for drive-through, just park and go in. Service is always friendly, and the ice cream and toppings are delish!

Great Raspberry Freeze!!! Rest of family likes bed the Black & Whites! Downtown store s a must visit it's the original and reminded me of a 1950's "Malt" Shop.

On a sweltering day this is an Oasis to be in. Always nice and cool. The place is always clean and the ice cream is exceptional! The only reason I can't give it 5 stars is the prices. I only visit every couple of years because they have that implied tip on the payment kiosk and the prices are high enough to begin with. For my daughter to get two scoops in a cup and a milkshake for myself with tip is almost $30, again the product is top notch but I just can't justify paying that much for a little ice cream.

Absolutely horrible place with horrible attitude with people who are sarcastic towards you. As a gig worker that comes here to pick up customer's orders, these people would laugh at me for no reason. I hope they go out of business.
