Went hear a few nights ago. Best service is in the bar and you can eat in there too. Yes news owners, but same cooks and the best bartender in town! Ive been coming here for quite sometime and the food is still good!
Sooooo I'm checking my bank account and I see my dinner last night from El Portal on Ming came up to 87.40. Problem is that my receipt that I signed said 43.70. Luckily they gave me my difference after calling the the bank and the manager. But yeah I won't be going back unless I have straight cash. Keep those receipts and take a picture during the Christmas season!

This place runs hot and cold. Some of the servers are amazing, some you can tell they'd rather be any place else. Food is mediocre, and it looks disappointing when you walk in. One side is dark and unused, and looks a little fly by night. Maybe have more specials? Or make their food stand out. Definitely retrain some of the servers. They used to have some really friendly servers, but it's been a while since I've been back.
