I’m sorry but this location has some of the BEST employees I’ve ever met. They are always so kind, so helpful AND they catered my son’s birthday party and flawlessly did everything I asked them to do for the order. I will literally drive across Bakersfield to come here just for the service.

I LOVE this place & we go here because it's close to our house and the staff is usually good; however we stopped by tonight and had the WORST service ever. The employee Raleigh was the RUDEST person I have ever encountered in a customer service position. You guys have lost a customer just because of how bad her service was alone.... I seriously hope that this review is seen and something is done because she does not need to be working in that industry.

I asked for pepa due and mikes way on the side. Just got vinegar and oil. No oregano. Hardly any avocado. I was trying to support the cause today. I called first older lady on the phone was rude. No delivery on this day. No pepa due.
I normally LOVE Jersey Mike's over any other sandwich out there. However today my husband stopped on his way home from a meeting, ordered a salad bowl, he wanted to eat it there and noticed his salad bowl didn't come with utensils. He went back up to the cashier and asked for a fork. He was amazed to learn they don't carry utensils any longer. He asked twice to make sure he understood. He said, "But I am eating a salad". The girl offered to go to CVS and get him one. This is the Jersey Mike's at the corner of Ming and Buena Vista. WOW
