Good hole in the wall. Nothing fancy, but clean with good service. Sandwiches were good, breakfast item looked substantial and delicious. We didn't try them though, maybe next time.
Ended up here because my partner loves the anime JoJo's Bizarre Adventures. Environment is clean and spacious, giving diner vibes for sure! Very good temperature, which is important to me because i overheat and sweat in restaurants. My partner got the meat skillet with pancakes and it was so good!
