I came here in the afternoon in a pretty bad mood, but the cleanliness of the restaurant and professionalism of the staff actually helped me feel a lot better. I put in a big order through the app, for myself and five family members who were all eating there, and they missed absolutely nothing in it. I think there was even an extra tender in there. The crew was clearly stressed, trying to get the constant stream of orders done, but they gave me and my family excellent service...
Chicken was fresh and good , the mashed potatoes good , but the mac&cheese and the redbeans&rice are disgusting, 1 bite of each and I spit it in the trash. The favor and texture was very unacceptable. Do better . And this order was placed on the app the day before. Pick up time was 10:15am , order was wrong , the had to remake it again , I had a seat in the lobby and waited 30 minutes, 10:45 order was ready. I'll never go back in this location. Ordered the family meal. Chose the spicy chicken; it was quite tasty. The exit and entrance can be quite a nuisance though. Wish there’d be an easier way to enter back to Panama Ln.
