Worst customer service ever. My coworker ordered pizza for us and let them know that she was ordering for someone else and would not be present at delivery. They came and refused to even get the pizza out of the vehicle before verifying the credit card (which wasn’t present because it was across town)
We tried to FaceTime the cardholder and the delivery person said “sorry, it has to be in person” and walked away.

Disgusting pizza! Flavorless! I purchased a large one topping pizza, 6 pieces of chicken, and wedges for $29.99, I picked it up on North Chester location. The place is dirty and unkept. The employees were overwhelmed on Friday night, which is understandable, but the manager barked others at them, as she sat on booth, while on her phone, drinking, what looked like an energy drink.
