Ah Sbarro, one of the relics of the mall that continues to survive in the revolving door that is the food court. I dropped in yesterday for a quick bite while running some errands. Let's start with the obvious, is the pizza great? No it's not great and you know it's not going to be great. It's pre-made and sits under heat lamps for long periods of time. Can I just say idk what happened to the place but I haven’t been to the mall in a while. I went with my kids and wife today. The staff was unprofessional dirty and disgusting. I had to wait 10+ min till someone came out and the back and greated me. Smelled like marijuana and the food was so dry. When I went to the register the cashier was so rude and just talking to other employees. Completely unprofessional and the food was dry and tasted like it’s been sitting for hours.
