“This place was a really nice surprise. The food came out delicious and everything was well seasoned, so every bite had great flavor. The portions are pretty generous too, which I always appreciate. It’s definitely the kind of meal where you feel satisfied by the time you’re done. The prices were completely fair for the amount and quality of food, so it felt like a good deal overall. One thing I thought was cool is that you have the option to either order on your own or go with full service, depending on what you prefer. That flexibility makes it easy whether you’re stopping in quickly or planning to sit and enjoy your meal. All in all it was a great experience and I’d absolutely come back again. Definitely worth a visit if you’re nearby.“

“I had a busy night and Kevin the manager made everything easy. He helped us get seated fast, made sure drink orders were correct, and checked in several times. He’s friendly, professional, and has a real knack for calming the chaos. Big plus for his sense of humor . made our night.“

“DO NOT STAY HERE!! IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT TO SLEEP!!! I am so mad right now. We picked this hotel to stop and get rest on a long road trip, what a mistake!!! Its basically like im sitting in a f$%^% rave! Blaring loud music, bass is rattling the walls, and we were told "I can give you ear plugs..." wtf is that going to do??? Do not stay here!! Edit to add: I spoke to the front desk this morning and right away they blew it off saying "ma'am, its down town Bakersfield, its going to be loud"... be f&%$^ serious!! Im 40yrs old, I've stayed at 1000's of hotels in my life. Many on the heart of Vegas strip, big party areas, and NEVER in my life have I dealt with something like that! She said its not the hotels responsibility... um yeah it is! They are 10000% aware of this MAJOR issue and it IS THEIR RESPONSIBILITY to warn there customers. We didn't even want this type of room, we asked for two king rooms, and the host at checkin said this option would be better. I hope this place continues to lose business, until they start taking some responsibility.“

“Firehouse in Bakersfield is the place to be. I came out for poker night with Sunshine Poker League and had an awesome time. The tables were full, the big game was running, and everyone was super welcoming. It felt like I walked into a room full of friends, even if I didn’t know anyone yet.
There was tons of food, and we had our own server who made sure we were taken care of all night. The service was on point. You will not go hungry here. I promise.
And when you’re not playing poker, there’s still so much to do. They’ve got arcade games, pool tables, and a really fun atmosphere all around. I left having a good time and already planning my next visit.
Highly recommend checking it out. Firehouse knows how to host a great night.“

“The atmosphere, The food, The service. Everything you're looking for. All in one place the whole sports scenes of being able to watch the game is a great spot just to go chill and have a good time. Tri-tip sandwich was to die for and you never go wrong with their fries.“

“extremely poor service. my boys were at a birthday party and it took an hour just to get drinks, at that they warm bottled drinks. then it took another hour or longer to get food. no one ever walked up to them for 45 min. and was not even a busy night not very many other customers their. never came back to refill. the drinks. extremely unacceptable service. it is sad when you can get better service and food from a food truck than an actual restaurant. not sure where to leave star rating but it would be -⭐“
