Brimstone Bar at Padre Hotel offers a comfortable and stylish setting with a big bar, comfy leather chairs, and numerous high top tables with attentive servers. The open seating makes it a welcoming spot for guests to enjoy drinks and snacks. The menu features good margaritas, with a decent happy hour. For dessert, the sticky toffee pudding has a good flavor but could be more sticky and less dry. The bar's drink options include a raspberry mojito, which is good, and a peach & basil, which is okay, along with another bitter cocktail that some may not enjoy. Food options include sliders made with Wagyu beef, which are described as pretty good and worth the price, and vegetarian items like pretzel bites and margarita pizza, though these are not clearly labeled on the menu. The staff is noted to be attentive and friendly. The layout of the bar is polished and creates a chill spot to relax. Overall, Brimstone Bar provides a decent experience with good drinks and a comfortable atmosphere, making it a pleasant place to unwind, though some menu details and labeling could be clearer. The bar is also praised for hosting enjoyable events, such as a fantastic Thanksgiving celebration with great food and service, highlighting its role as a lively and well-organized venue within the Padre Hotel.
