Starbucks Coffee Company is a busy but high quality Starbucks. The manager stays on point with the employees and with the store experience. The store has a manager who keeps the lobby open until midnight. The staff are professional and friendly. They offer a free tea if dropped. The staff remember and recognize regular customers and greet them with welcome. They take orders correctly and are quick. Some reviews say the store used to be better before redecorating, losing super comfortable places to sit. The interior can be cramped and uncomfortable for long meetings or work sessions. The lobby is open until midnight, good for work, read, or study. The coffee is good and the staff are friendly. Some customers note a new guy at the window needs to improve hearing customers and a staff member at the window was not friendly. A mistake happened with a Patria drink, the wrong drink was given and the staff said they mixed it up. The staff is helpful but some feel the service at the window can be robotic and needs a personality. Overall, the Starbucks offers high quality coffee, quick turn arounds on orders, and a friendly atmosphere for work or study.
