Store had lots of cookies, which isn't common, but they don't have many cheeses which seemed different for a subway (unless it's been a while and things changed).“

“Stopping in at this Subway on the return trip from Los Angeles, I have to say that my experience was nothing but a five star affair. Looking over the previous reviews that talk about the owner in a negative light and at the lack of customer service and accuracy on the order, I have to say I disagree with each of those reviews. We were greeted by warm welcomes and smile's, fun jokes while making our sandwiches and we observed the team really behave like family. It was completely obvious that they all care about each other very much and enjoy each other's company. Our food was super fresh and very tasty, not a complaint at all with what we received. If I lived in this area I would definitely make this a regular stop for me when I am in a sandwich hunt, but I do not so it will be relegated to being an occasional stop when I travel.“
“This is the subway that I always went to growing up, and when I come home I always make sure to stop by. The workers have always been so nice to me, even when I was a little middle schooler who didn't know how to order things. I've also ordered catering platters from here, including for my graduation party. Several times I've made mistakes when ordering, or accidentally had to order a platter on really short notice, but the staff is so forgiving. I walk inside and I smell the fresh bread and am greeted by familiar faces. It feels like an extension of home.“

“2 weeks ago I had a horrible bad experience at the subway in Lamont. 2 employees there were the worst. Never again will I be returning unless something is done about their customer service. Of course I complained and reported it to every person in charged. Tonight I came in to a different subway, this one located in white ln by superior market. Now this location was a great visit. The two employees that helped me were really nice, friendly and were patient with me. Meaning, I had order 2 footlongs but what I meant to order was just 1 footlong and one 6"inch because I wanted one of the little single sliders for my son. The employee Nicole she had already added the ham and cheese on one of the footlongs I had ordered and was about to toast it for me. Right at the last second I realized I made a mistake and I told her I only wanted a six not a footlong. She didn't make no faces or was rude to me cause she had to take everything off. I really appreciated that. She gladly fix my order. And changed my mistake. She gave me a six inch and the slider. The second employee Juan was very nice too. He helped her finish my order and charged me. That's the type of customer service I like to receive. They were great. And I made sure to thank them for not getting bother because I changed my order or was complicated. Good job guys :) I'll be coming back.“
“I LOVE subway and I've never had too many issues with this location. The manager is very polite every time I go in there the only issue is with his employees have a little too much attitude and don't always give the nicest facial expressions. Not all of them are like that, most of them are really cool and try to make me smile everytime I'm in there. Overall it's a good place for lunch!“

“ive never had a negative attitude towards this subway because its always packed of people and usually only has 1 or 2 people working. The Punjabi (?) lady who i see all the time here is super friendly and nice. I'm only doing 4 stars because she cut someone else's sandwich in front of me and then used her glove to clean it, then put the knife away, and pulled out the same knife to cut my sandwich, which didn't make me happy. She was also working on four other sandwiches at the time, so I don't really let it bug me. The sandwich was still good.I've heard people complain about it being slow before, even from my own mother, to which that I say: come into this subway with an open mind. It will probably take a few extra because they don't have many hands on deck, and this is a subway which frequently gets travel bus stops, so usually they get alot of random spurts of people. If you're starving that much, there's a gas station connected to it full of snacks and food.“

“So this is a gas station. Sort of. It is also a convenience store, pizza hut and Subway. We stop by here often as it is a decent place to break up the drive and get a fountain drink when traveling over the Tehachapi mountain range. The employees are always nice and everything is always clean. Normally this would just merit a 3 star review but in this they get an extra star fir the items they have for sale. There are often unique items that we find intriguing. Some such items that they usually have is a lollipop with an insect in or chocolate covered crickets or ants. Obviously I don't eat those items but they are gun to give to others.“

“This subway is amazing because of their customer service! A few weeks ago I ordered food through the app, I have been using the app for a while now, but this time there was a glitch where it double charged me. Jenny was the associate in the restaurant who caught it and told me. Now this has nothing to do with this location but there is no way to get a hold of a person or reach customer service person for the app and after almost 2 weeks I thought I has lost that money forever since no one ever replied to the multiple messages that I had sent subway. I tried the actual store to see if maybe someone could help me and Jenny remembered me and helped me with a solution. Her customer service went above and beyond and I was able to get the issue resolved with her help. She is exactly the type of person who Subway wants, she is a dream. Subway if you do not give her a raise, promote her, or give her gratitude in some way...I swear, I almost swore to never eat subway again. She helped me when Subway corporate could not. Thank you Jenny, you and your coworkers always offer a smile and a warm welcome whenever I come into the store. Absolutely the best customer service out there!“

When I went I had my made to order Turkey and Ham with pepper jack cheese, spinach, lettuce, onions, extra olives, jalapenos, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, and the chipotle southwest sauce. Which makes for a delicious sandwich. I went during their lunch rush which wasn't too bad, I had to wait a few minutes but nothing terrible, the staff was courteous, and did a fine job making my sandwich. Subway has changed the menu completely and has a lot of new sandwich selections and they slice the meat in house now.
