“I placed a mobile order for pickup and completely messed up my own order by accident. It was just one of those days. I accidentally ordered one coffee with two flavors instead of two separate coffees with one flavor each. I was honestly embarrassed when I realized what I had done, but the barista was so kind and gracious about fixing it. They were clearly SO BUSY but she didn’t make me feel bad or make a fuss about it at all. Of course I paid for the second drink and took responsibility for the mistake, but I really appreciated her patience and great customer service. I wish I had asked for her name. Thank you again!“

“I am so grateful that we finally have a late night chai/street food spot in east bay. Chai & co located at 2115 Pacheco st, Concord is a wonderful addition! We had the anda-shami royale, samosa chaat, and fresh naan khatai from khalifa (if you know, you know). All items were excellent and authentic! The space is well decorated with board games available and most importantly clean! We can’t wait to go back and work our way through the menu!“

“The best bakery in the Antioch/Pittsburg area. I always come for the best veggie eggrolls and starbread. These eggroll are always fresh and hot if you place an order. The line is always out the door when I arrive. So my recommendation is to call your order in and pick it up. Great service everytime I arrive.“

“Kevin is an amazing barista at Starbucks who truly knows his way around the espresso machine. Every drink he makes comes out perfectly crafted, and his matcha is honestly next level. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and his friendly attitude makes the whole experience even better. If Kevin’s on shift, you know your drink is going to be spot on.“

It's IMPORTANT you don't miss experiencing one of their PECAN CHEWY bars. How they take 10 ingredients and make them into something this good, that tastes like a European pastry is mind blowing. It tastes also very clean. This is excellent with all kinds of coffee. Lattes, mochas, black, all types of coffees go deliciously well with PECAN CHEWYs.

I have been hospitalized for 6 weeks. And Mocha Mocha has been one of my highlights.

Mocha Mocha is a blessing at John Muir Hospital - Walnut Creek. Their coffee being available from Morning to Evening is huge and I hope as many people buy coffee, as they talk about how grateful they are to have MOCHA MOCHA (at 10:30 in the evening or at 5:00 in the morning) when they are tired here in the hospital before beginning their shift.

I wish MOCHA MOCHA could make deliveries to patients trapped in their rooms because they cannot move and family members are not coming in time for morning coffee. Because the coffee on the floors is terrible instant coffee.“

“Rosie's is a standout in Concord but can be easy to miss as they are flanked by the bright signage of nearby fast food restaurants. Their turkey bacon avocado on the Dutch crunch bread is excellent (and huge), and the owners are generous with the warm welcoming energy. Ample parking can be found behind the building and you can enter from the back door even though it feels like you shouldn't, as you partially walk through the back area of their cafe.“

“Always love Dutch Bros., but I really liked this one in particular today. I must have misunderstood what the lady was asking me when I thought I ordered a hot coffee. When I got to the front of the line, the guy repeated my order as a frozen drink instead of a hot coffee. I then realized my mistake, and the guy goes “no worries! We will make you a hot one on the fly”. Dude then asked how my day was going, what my plans for the day was, etc. Just that extra step of friendliness and customer service goes a long way.“

“My favorite Starbucks in the area!! This is such an easy, quick, and accessible location. There’s always people here, and I used to think it was a con when they went to only outdoor seating, but I’ve ended up quite liking it, even if I’m doing work.
