“What a wonderful finding. The service is extraordinarily friendly, and the caramel latte is amazing. The ratio of milk to caramel to coffee is ideal, the flavors are all completely harmonious and fresh, and the sweetness is outstanding. “I randomly stopped by this place on the way to the post office for a snack. I didn’t have any expectations but I am blown away by the food. Best Banh Mi I have ever had! The bread was baked to perfection, the ingredients were generous and delicious. I will definitely come back for more!“

“So far my two experiences here has been hella good! The bread comes out freshly baked and glistening with butter and syrup or whatever that’s on there. I was there last Sunday when this man yelled at the lady giving the orders. He said “Where’s my bread!!??” And then proceeded to argue with the lady that she took his order and that the woman after me had gotten her bread. She didn’t take his order but he kept arguing that she did. She then told him that that lady did not get bread and that she got donuts .It was hard to tell the cashier apart from the person giving away the bread because they all had masks on and similar hair.He was upset because he thought the woman after me came out with two boxes of señorita bread but it was actually donuts. A few seconds after him being rude and making a scene he received his order. His son who was about 12 years old said, “SEE DAD! You didn’t have to do that!” Lol. The woman and I laughed. The dad never apologized!!We hoped that “man” learned a lesson! But I doubt it. He was so mean! I’m just happy to know that his son is not like him.Him being rude wasn’t necessary.I too wondered if the woman after me got señorita bread, but I thought maybe she ordered it before I got there and was just picking it up. I didn’t go crazy like that man. If I was that curious, I would have simply asked for the status of my order. Not yell out “where is my bread!!??”“

“What a hidden gem we have found in Walnut Creek. This quaint coffee shop cranks out brilliant lattes and pastries and is now the perfect lazy Sunday hang out spot for us. Our pup loved watching all the people & their dogs walk by. The place looks like a tiny castle and they have implemented a great system to order and pick up at different spots so that it doesn't get too crowded in one place. Parking is also easy as it's right across from parking lot which is free for 90 mins.“

“Front of the restaurant was very friendly and so was the chef/owner(?) who came to check in on us few times...that was nice. Our wait person was ok, somewhat friendly but didn't get the “warm, fuzzy” vibes. She brought one of our friends the wrong drink and when we pointed it out, said “you said ....” When we all clearly heard what he ordered. Ok...people can hear things incorrectly and mistakes happen...that's fine. But the way she her tone and the fact that she took the drink back instead of leaving it (as a customer service gesture) would have been better. Not trying to get something for free here but it would have been a nice touch since we spent close to $500 for dinner (yes, true she wouldn't have known what our total would have been but with the party size she could have easily guessed). All I'm saying is there so many new restaurants popping up... How do you distinguish yourself... By great customer service. However, restaurant was beautiful, most of the dishes were delicious and with different flavors.“

“Such a cute place for Boba. They also have bamboo straws and are now offering hot drinks (and desserts?). The inside tables are rarely full and they have a couple of smaller outside tables as well. “The smell that comes from La Flor De Mexicano bakery can be picked up from 3 doors down. It is heavenly! There is a huge variety of authentic, hand-made pan dulce. They're all a beautiful work of art! The staff is friendly and it is always immaculately clean. “We shared eggs benedict in a nice little diner. Lots of the food looked great. We decided to share something & agreed on a Benedict. Nice homemade(?) Hollandaise and eggs cooked perfectly. However, the homefries that were hyped on the menu were just ok. Not really anything different about them. There were a few pieces of bell pepper, but I ended up asking for hashbrowns as well, which were a bit greasy. Overall, a cute little diner, a place we would try again. “I love Teaspoon boba—they easily have the best honey boba around, and such delicious drinks. I visit regularly. However, today’s visit was a major bummer. My husband had never been and he ordered the honeycomb banana milk latte. We used the touch screen in the shop to order, he ordered the drink as normal and added honey boba. When he received his drink, however, it had no honeycomb, which he mentioned to the man working. The man said “oh it’s not included anymore, it’s $1 extra.” We were very confused by this and my husband was quiet upset and disappointed. It feels like false advertising. Honeycomb is literally in the name ??‍♀️ Will likely choose other boba shops over this one that have better service and clearer descriptions of drinks without being shady about it.“

“I really enjoyed this place when dropping in for a cup of hot chocolate. Our hot chocolates came in China cups and were beautifully decorated. Plus, they were made of chocolate syrup, not just cocoa powder. My daughter loved their cat & coffee decorations. :)“

“I bought a sampler of chocolate and biscuits. The biscuits were really good! Perfect with a cup of coffee or espresso. They also gave us a few samples of chocolates including a pop rock chocolate.It’s also has a nice cozy front and when you get in there it feels very well stocked. Great display of chocolates and other treats.“

“Super busy and very few seating options that have power outlets to work. Overall WiFi speeds are decent and reliable. The cafe is bustling and high on playing music. Based on your work and style you make the choice. Coffee was served in typical Starbucks style. Recommended.“

“This place has absolutely delicious birria tacos and consomé. This has been the only thing I've ordered from their menu (there's no other place I know of near me that serves these tacos) but I would also like to try their birria quesadillas. They're listed on the menu as "red tacos" and are about $15 for 3 tacos and the consomé is a separate extra cost. When it comes out fresh, the tacos are super cheesy and yummy. The building is very spacious and doesn't get too busy, so I always get to grab a table. In the middle of the restaurant, they display their desserts and pastries such as flan and alfajores. The restaurant is located in the Park and Shop surrounded by a lot of different Asian cuisines, dessert shops, and a grocery store. If you try parking close to the restaurant, that is the area that is the most congested, we always park in the back of the building.“

“This is the best Starbucks I've been too in the East Bay. I always mobile order and the staff always has my order ready to go by the time I get there. I can always count on being able to get in and out with no issues and they have never gotten my order wrong. Five stars.“

“Consistency is key when it comes to boba and Big Bang is consistent! Their boba is always cooked perfectly, soft almost melt in your mouth boba but with a slight chew. Brown sugar boba flavor is spot on, without being overly sweet, IMO. I've tried a variety of their drinks, both milk bobas and fruit teas. I like their matcha lattes varieties too, the mango matcha is my fav. Tried the piña colada but that one I didn't care for because drink flavor was a bit lacking but boba was great! Overall a solid spot for boba lovers.“

“The All Berry Croissant is delightful! I enjoy the food, service and ambiance. This store is like a cozy place to curl up to in the rain or just meet with friends to catch up. It never disappoints. While I was waiting for my drinks, one of them (an Asian guy) offered me a tray and a stopper. He didn't have to, but the thought of him offering them shows that he cares-- that he knew I was bringing the other coffee to someone else. Thank you! AMBIENCE It was a Sunday morning, lots of people. You may think that this is another Peet's chain. “I'm in the Peter Pan Foundation and I think this is the only Starbucks that we go to lol. Since it's right down the street from our theater home, a lot of us Go here for our coffee and snack before heading to rehearsal on Sundays. I normally try and order beforehand so that I can just pop in and pop out. My order is always right and always yummy. I think the only thing I don't really like about this Starbucks is there parking lot which is somewhat on the small side, but again that's just why I order ahead. I can easily jump in jump out or have a friend with me who will get the coffee for me so I don't even have to turn off the car.Dietary restrictions: I'm lactose intolerant and always get some kind of soy or oat milk drink . I've never had a problem with this Starbucks and making my drinks. That cannot always be said about many other Starbucks, so I am very thankful for this one.Parking: Like I said in the full review, they're parking lot is somewhat. On the small side. I would say that you could probably get a max of 15 or 20 cars in their parking lot. That doesn't really sound that small until you see this Starbucks during a busy shift. The entire lot will be filled and you might just be trying to come in real quick for a pickup. But there's a lot of people who are just seated enjoying their day, which is of course not a problem. Keep this in mind though. Maybe have a friend who can pop in and pop out for you instead of you getting out of the car.“

“whenever i'm at sunvalley, i usually make a stop here for a sweet treat after my shopping trip! no, this isn't the best spot in town, but it's prices are pretty reasonable. service is relatively quick, too. i got a large (and it is LARGE.) mango passionfruit green tea w/ boba - it came out to $7-8 dollars, which is unfortunately the standard nowadays, but the size of the drink makes up for it. you can ask for less/no ice, free of charge, if you want more bang for your buck!“

“Blackberry latte is literally the best latte I've ever had! I wish they had a spot outside the hospital so I could get one more often! Staff is sweet, family owned! It is inside JM coffee so I'm not sure if you can just go in for the coffee. I'd someone knows, please let me know because I've been craving that latte!!!“

“I recently had. Power outage and remembered a local coffee shop in downtown. Decided to go in order a vanilla iced latte which was miles ahead of Starbucks or Philz. Bagel came with cream cheese on the side, wish it came already spread! Otherwise it was a pleasant experience and the macchiato I had was one of the tastiest in the area. Definitely going to return!“

“All Starbucks food is the same, but the service and the employees are not. I have been to this particular Starbucks several times now. They always greet you and LOOK YOU IN THE EYE when doing so. When they take your order they always repeat it back so as not to make a mistake, and when you receive your order, they always give you a smile and tell you to have a nice day. I hate to say this but I think that the maturity of this particular store makes a difference. I have yet to encounter a teenager or early 20 something who just stares at you waiting for you to blurt out your order. This is a 5 star Starbucks for sure.“
