Brunch Restaurants near Belmont, CA

“Went here several times over the 5yrs when we’re in the area. It sort of hit or miss for us, since it was great at the beginning…great service, great foods, great vibe to whatever service, still great foods, and just cool vibe. This time, it’s just okey overall. Plenty of parking and good location since it nearby or next to several hotels & motels. We got seated right away, and easy order with a nice waiter since we knew what we wanted, since then he only stoped by to drop off the foods and then gave us the check. No check in between. The place is big layout and simple decor. It reminds me of diner setting like. The foods are hot and good and very tasty, especially the blueberry coffee cake (we alway order this everytime we’re here). Price wise, it’s high but worth it - for us, it Is a good place for breakfast and will continue stop by whenever we’re in the area so sure.“

“I didn’t know they open for breakfast. I had sunnyside up eggs, fresh salad and Croissant. And I ordered DoorDash for dinner the other day. My favorite is coconut soup with a tofu. I went there with my sister again today. The owner was very friendly. I love her always smiling. The curry potato puff was so yummy. I will definitely go back to try some other stuff.“

“The Home Run sourdough breakfast sandwich was excellent and I would order that again x100. The hash brown serving that came with the sandwich was ginormous and I ended up needing a to-go box for that! The latte however was not to my liking, tasted bitter to me.“

“Food was amazing and I’m particular about my breakfast. Country fried steak and eggs with biscuits and gravy. Hash browns and side of toast (extra). Wife had pancakes. Want pleasantly surprised at how fresh the food was. Waiters was a delight. Atmosphere was nice. Temp was a LITTLE chilly inside.“

“While it’s a beautiful place and great location, I wasn’t particularly blown away by the food. It really might be what I ordered but for 30 dollars with the substitutions the Gardena soufflé is really underwhelming. But the dishes my friend ordered as well as dishes on tables near us looked much more flavorful and interesting so I’m not docking much from my rating. But overall i left a little disappointed. I would recommend trying something besides the soufflés as I suspect that’s where I made my mistake.“

“This place is great for what me and one of my friends go there for whenever it's time to do a Sunday catch-up. Tasty, basic diner style food with plenty of options for Hawaiian and Filipino favorites as well. The menu has huge variety, and everything is served up by warm and friendly staff who keep the coffee topped off and seem to enjoy being there.“

“The Sunday brunch is always a delight at Cafe Florian. It's the next in the Bay Area. The servings are always fresh and the roast beef and dungeness crab was awesome. You can always expect outstanding service and a pleasant atmosphere. We have been coming here for the last ten years and it's always consistently excellent! The caters are attentive and the kitchen does a great job.“
