The staff is friendly and respectful, making it a great spot for kids and families. While the service can be average, many customers have experienced attentive care from the staff, including quick responses to any issues. The restaurant fills up quickly on weekends and is a familiar spot for a sweet treat. The atmosphere is generally pleasant, although some feel it could use a facelift.
