About Meryenda

Meryenda is a Filipino fusion food truck that serves unique and flavorful dishes. Their pandesal bread is a must-try, with a melt-in-your-mouth texture that holds up well to tasty sauces and meat. The sweet potato chips are crispy, salty, and memorable, often cut super thin with the right amount of salt. Their buko pandan bread pudding is a flavorful treat, perfect for sharing or indulging alone. The menu features amazing sandwiches, including the Pork Longganisa and Bistek Burger, which are both juicy and aromatic. The Longganisa burger is especially praised for its savory flavor with a perfect hint of sweetness, and the Bistek Burger is a specialty with a very juicy beef patty and a special sauce that adds depth of flavor. The food truck offers great value, with prices starting at $10 for a burger. It is a great spot for a quick snack, especially if craving salty, carby goodness or something to enjoy with a beer on a hot day. Vegetarian options are also available, making Meryenda a hidden gem worth visiting for those who like trendy, new spots in the bay.

Filipino inspired amazing burgers from our friends food truck. Check it out if you are mid peninsula (Belmont, San Mateo, San Carlos, Redwood City, etc). Not gonna be disappointed!
Dietary restrictions: All pandesalwiches can be made "protein style" over spinach without a bun. It's like a salad!
Tried Meryenda for the first time at Humble Sea brewery up in Pacifica. Heard they also stop by South San Francisco farmer’s market occasionally as well. The pandesal bread tastes like a thicker and heartier Hawaiian roll: the same melt in your mouth texture. But, the bread soaked and held up all the tasty sauces and meat that make this food truck worth trying! Their sweet potato chips are memorable with a very nice crisp. Can’t wait to try their Ube chips when they come back...read full review
