I love an authentic Sicilian restaurant that’s cozy and full of life. I had a great experience dining here alone at the bar. My server Nami and my bartender Julia were excellent. I recommend the ragú, and be sure to grab a cocktail.
This Resturant is one if not the best Italian/ Sicilian food in the Bay Area. The owner Angelo is the nicest guys I’ve met as an on site manager.. He treats you like your family. Try the meatballs to die for. I’d advise making reservations.
We were a party of seven and everybody had something different and every dish was delicious. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The manager gave us an excellent table away in the front roomfrom the hubbub. I can't wait to go back and try other things on the menu. I would recommend it strongly to anybody for a celebration, or a date night or any excuse to go out for dinner. Very walkable from downtown Berkeley BART if you didn't want to drive.
