My husband's company hosted a luncheon this week and I was fortunate enough to have an entire packaged meal delivered to me - what a sweet hubby. I was given the #21 - a Vietnamese Style Grilled Tofu flavored with vegan mayo, pickled carrots, cucumber, cilantro sprigs and jalapeños served on a baguette.
