Marla made the cake for our wedding, and she's the best! The cake was well-priced and delicious. She also does a complimentary 1-year anniversary cake, which is amazing!

Marla is an incredible baker ...The wedding cake was described by guests as 'the best I've ever tasted, even better than my own wedding cake!'She works with the customer to craft a delicious work of art, even baking a flavor that was not on the menu. Bottom was red velvet, middle was guava and the top was ube ... a fabulous purple color. Frosting was yummy, not excessively sweet. Perfect cake for a very special occasion!

Marla provided cake for our December 9th wedding and it was delicious! I highly recommend the passion fruit flavor, we got a lot of compliments on it from our guests as well as the chocolate salted caramel. She was extremely easy to work with and even allowed us to (safely) come do a tasting during the pandemic where she made a fresh sample of each cake flavor. A lot of cake shops at the time weren't willing to do a tasting so this really stuck out to us. Instead of freezing the top tier to save, Marla told us to contact her again when our one year anniversary rolls around and she would make us a free cake which is great. I highly recommend going with Marla!

We contacted Marla about making a wedding cake, and while Marla took our deposit, she then didn't respond to 4 emails attempting to confirm our order (including details such as number of guests, type of cake, etc) and so we assumed she had cancelled on us. We found a last minute substitute, and then 10 days before the wedding she reached out to ask us to come do a tasting, which was too late for our venue to accommodate. When we told Marla this, she again didn't respond to the email, nor did she return the deposit or tell us why the deposit couldn't be returned despite the fact that she put us in a position where the venue wouldn't allow us to use any cake she made. I understand that this has been a hard year, but any communication at all would have made this situation much better.

Marla made a pumpkin shaped cake for my son and daughter-in-law's Halloween wedding and it was beautiful! My daughter-in-law drew it on paper and it came out exactly like she wanted it to. Marla was professional and easy to work with. None of us live nearby so it was all done online. The cake showed up and was beautiful and delicious. We highly recommend Marla!

Marla did our wedding cake and desserts in September 2021 and it was absolutely amazing! We had a 3 tier buttercream cake in two flavors: passionfruit and salted chocolate caramel. We also had a dessert bar with fruit tarts, mini pecan pies, chocolate mousse, and chocolate covered strawberries. Our guests loved everything! Would highly recommend Marla!

Marla provided the most gorgeous (and delicious) wedding cake for our daughter's 12 person socially distanced, masked and backyard wedding.After providing 3 tasting samples, we all picked the chocolate with salted caramel. The cake itself was a vision in shades of pink ruffles with candy "succulant" green accents, and it tasted as divine as well. She delivered on time and it made for a very very special day in an otherwise trying time.Thank you Marla.
