Very inconsistent portion sizes. sometimes you get a normal portion and then the next you get 5 pieces.

Terrible portion sizes. Portions are half of what you would get at any other Chipotle. I am college student and have to go to bed hungry when they barley give me any food.

I used to come here several times a week in spite of the small portions but this is the last time. They literally gave me 8 cubes of steak. The burrito was almost entirely packed with rice. Totally ridiculous to pay $15 for a tortilla with rice and no protein. They’ve always been stingy with the protein at this location, but they are really taking it to another level. There is a good authentic Mexican place a block away.

Dirty, messy, and small portions? No. I paid ~$15 for a bowl and it wasn't even filled to the brim; maybe 4/5ths if we're being generous. I've been to other stores and they pack it up some more.

When I also asked for a plastic cup for water they said they only have plastic bottles available (which means I'd have to buy). They are obviously full of it, no other Chipotle store has said that to me. I don't know if they just didn't want to bother or it's a store policy in that specific location to discourage the homeless from bothering them (probably the latter).

Staff didn't care either. Soulless eyes towards the customer, chatting it up with coworkers while not giving a crap about the customer.

Don't waste your time and money here. There's a taco shop literally less than a block away, you can get a lot more food for the same price.

The girl working the front with red hair was so incredibly disrespectful & rude to me when I walked in. I’m not sure if she is having a bad day or if she is always rude, but it completely ruined my day. I hope no one else has the same experience that I had. She clearly is miserable there and should find another job. She yelled at me and asked if I wanted to speak with the manager when I asked for a side of vinaigrette. I will not be going back to this location.

Are we in a war? Are we starving? Because this Chipotle serves like we are war rationing

They are unable to open on time. Workers are extremely disrespectful. Photo taken at 10:50 AM. Already 5 minutes late to open and workers are still scrambling. Very embarrassing and horrible service.

Great food and great prices!
Can recommend the borrito bowl with (best combo)
1. Brown rice
2. Black beans
3. Chicken
4. Jalapeno or onions, depending on what they offer
5. Everything else (except guac)

Never eat here!
I waited 15minutes in front of the counter while my burrito is getting cold. A girl front of me had a problem with the payment, and nobody fixed that-the guy wrapping just wrapped while the burritos are stacking.
Total waste of money and time

Chipotle is a perfect example of a once innovative establishment that has been bought by rich private interests. Each time you go back, they know they can shrink portion sizes, charge you the same, and give you shitty service for each subsequent time. There’s maybe 3-4 good workers here, and the rest just stare at you like you’re an alien while they give you one piece of chicken for your slop bowl. “Is anything wrong?” They ask every time, yes, I have a bowl of rice with one piece of chicken, are we still rationing like it’s the war? After today, I’ve made a pledge to not spend another cent here. Shame on whoever owns this place, shame.

Although Chipotle has long been one of my go-to takeout spots, I’m starting to rethink that loyalty. Every time I give the Telegraph Chipotle the benefit of the doubt, it somehow finds a new way to let me down. If I order online, half the order is wrong. If I go in person, they give me about six pieces of chicken, like they're personally trying to convert me to vegetarianism. And when I ask for more protein, they glare at me with a look of disdain and disgust before reluctantly tossing in three extra pieces at most. Until this location stops serving me like I'm living through wartime rationing in 1940s London, I'll be getting my slop from Humbowl instead.

Horrible experience — never again
I usually like Chipotle, but my last visit was terrible. The food looked like it had been sitting out for hours, and the chicken was dry and cold. The staff rushed through my order and barely put any ingredients in the bowl. I asked politely for extra rice and was told it would be an extra charge — even though they gave me half a scoop to begin with. The restaurant itself was messy, with tables left dirty and napkins all over the floor. Honestly, for the price they charge, the quality has gone way down. Super disappointed and won’t be coming back anytime soon.

I get disappointed every time…I don’t even think the squirrels across the campus would be full with the portions they give out.

One of the worst chipotle’s out there, they’re incredibly stingy with portions, especially the protein and their service was rushed and sloppy. The little bits of food they add tastes fine, but when you’re paying over 12 bucks for a bowl that’s more than half empty, it’s just not worth it.
