This is definitely the most unique dining hall. Croads feels like a giant food court in a mall. Cafe 3 feels like a typical dining hall at any school. Foothill - I'd say it feels like a hotel lodge. I'm not sure what Clark Kerr's vibe is, but it's definitely different.
Quality of food here is also excellent, and you get some really good options. Seating might be a little tight but it's not so horrible. Nice vibes, nice area, and it's just pretty enjoyable.

This is the crown jewel of the Berkeley dining experience. Worth making the trip over at least once for the ethereal experience that is the Clark Kerr dining hall food
I have been eating at the Clark Kerr Dining Hall now for 3 years and it rarely disappoints compared to the other UC Berkeley Dining Halls. It is 10 steps above any other dining hall and I actually feel as if the food is cooked with love here. There are times where I actually leave feeling happy and enjoyed the meal I had.
