I had never a fans of sandwich, for me all of them tasted the same, till finally I bought sandwich from Crave Subs that it changed my mind lol. It tasted delicious, they also serve halal meat, so it's a plus point for me. The price is also pretty reasonable and the portion is huge. The thing that I don't like is the place, they only have small room and some tables, so it's difficult to find a place to eat especially if it's crowded.

Ordered on the kiosk. At first glance I was a bit confuse looking at the menu cuz it is ginormous! There are so many options for meat lovers, veggie bellies and vegan folks. It also seems a bit pricy while ordering regular to large but sandwiches were MASSIVE! half would def fill you up.You can get a sub for somewhat cheaper at subway but this ain’t nothing like that. You can taste the quality of ingredients. I got the Patrick star with no ranch and it was incredibly tasty. French bread paired really well with it. Hubby had the chicken little and he devoured it and got the other half for the next day. He’s a very picky eater and he gave me props for finding him a lunch spot haha No pictures were taken this time cuz we ate it up too quickly but definitely will take some next time.

They have amazing sandwiches and amazing service. It’s one of those places where you try something once and you end up getting that same thing over and over and it’s become a regular for me. One time I was the last order of the day and they upgraded my sandwich to a large! And included a nice note :) i just wish they were open later!! thanks again for the lovely service!

Large selection of sandwiches with plenty of vegetarian options. Heads up as they are Halal, so if you were expecting bacon you’re out of luck (unless you want beef bacon (costs extra)).There are two sizes, regular and large. The large may cost extra but it’s well worth the size. It’s so big that for smaller eaters unlike myself, each half of the large may serve as a meal on itself. Alternatively you can get a regular with curly fries and be stuffed either way.The only reason I rate it four instead of five in the food category is the decreasing sizes. Every time I’ve gone, the large which I order is a little bit smaller than the last. It’s nothing crazy but it is something to note.Dietary restrictions: Vegan/halal options available

Don't order for delivery, you're in for a very small very overpriced and not great sandwich.. maybe they make em better in person but honestly not worth finding out.

OMFG!!! The Patrick Star is truly CRAVE(able). I had to come down to Berkeley for medical treatment, and my husband stumbled across this place. It's a little cramped inside when busy, but so long as you are taking your order to-go, it's doable. I have not tried any other sandwich, because every time I go here, I can't stop my mouth from watering for that Patrick Star sandwich. Maybe someday it won't be so Crave-able and I can venture to try other sandwiches, which from the pix, look equally as tasty. But for now, Patrick the Star is my go to. Cannot recommend it enough.

They have tasty juicy subs with halal bacon! The bread, sauce and everything is on point. They have a lot of fun sandwiches with creative names - costs more than subway but you get what you pay for.

Just out with my pals Headbuster and BangBang following the pings on the tracking device I had hidden on the Dropdeck Scalljumper that someone accidentally borrowed from my barn up in Grillhaven last night, and they lead me to Shattuck ave, and then disappeared. So, I'll grab a couple of sandwiches from Crave Subs, after all they're the best deli in Crazy Town, and wait for the pings to come back.5 stars all the way.☆☆☆☆☆

$15 for a six inch sub that took over 10 minutes for them to make when no one else was in the store. BUT probably one of the single best subs I’ve ever eaten.

I came across this place on social media, and the sandwiches looked delicious. I gave it a try after a nearby hike, and my expectations were met. The prices at Crave are fair, and they give you a lot of food. I got the regular sized Patrick Star, and I couldn't even imagine what a large size sandwich would look like. The regular was already big. I couldn't finish all of my food, so I would recommend sharing fries if you can. The sauce on the Patrick Star was tasty. It is korean inspired, and it has a bit of a kick to it. Nothing overwhelming though. They have their own signature sauces. They are worth trying!

a cool little sandwich shop with interestint decor (lots of comics and movie characters which the sandwiches are named after). portions are pretty large (two of us couldn’t finish a large sandwich). all of the sandwiches are great, but i particularly recommend getting their dutch crunch bread and crave sauce! the employees were also nice and helpful.
