We stopped by Gilman's after a hike and we got Dog's for lunch. That chili cheese dog hit like no other - honest to god one of the best chili cheese dog's I've had in my life. Menu was great and food came out by the time I grabbed my beer. If you're craving a chili cheese dog, literally look no further - sometimes I dream about it, and my consumption of hot dogs has increased over the past year because of this food truck.

This truck is marvelous. The food is pretty damn good to! The buns are great, the dogs are delicious and the accompaniments are excellent. Parked next to a great beer establishment...... its like dying and going to heaven, no hyperbole, fact.

I never knew a hot dog could be THIS GOOD. Their fresh-made buns are exceptionally delicious-- warm, fluffy and lightly toasted to perfection. The dogs themselves were juicy and flavorful. We had a regular and a veggie dog and both were awesome. Their crisp, fresh slaw is so good, I'd eat it straight up. They really treat every ingredient with care. We also enjoyed the side of tots + spicy ketchup.
