I dropped by Dessert Cafe for their soft launch! The place is located in front of Kimchi Garden but it seems like the two places share the same staff. When I first arrived no one was at the front but I was able to get help by going in Kimchi GardenI ordered a brown sugar boba and tiramisu croffle. The boba came in a can (pictured). It was decent but a bit too milky for my taste. The sugar and ice levels were not customizable so it came a bit sweeter than I would have preferred...read full review
