“Tender Greens | Berkeley has become a go-to place for occasional food delivery & dining in house in the mid-afternoon. The food is tasty, fresh, & plentiful—consistent—& always tastes good. Chefs develop interesting & tasty seasonal menus. I have explored a number of plates & bowls, especially savor the greens & seasonings that go alongside the entrees. Have enjoyed chicken, salmon, beef, & vegetarian options as well as all the sides. Sandwiches & salads are delish. As is the mint lemonade & watermelon fresca. The place can be hopping or not, & the service is top notch & personable, professional. They do robust to-go orders & have spacious outdoor garden seating. Sure wish I’d discovered it sooner!“

“I ordered a Lentil miso patty burger and it was absolutely delicious. The patty tasted fresh and soft on the inside. It is a great alternative to impossible patty, that I always look for. Overall, it’s a great vegetarian option. The Ginger Sage Kombucha was also very refreshing.“

We were beyond thrilled (and SO grateful) to receive a generous donation of Zenful Juice drinks at our event. Straight-up, they were bright, fresh, and phenomenal. But when people started mixing them with sparkling water… wow. They became bubbly, refreshing, and downright addictive!
And just when we thought it couldn’t get better, Zenful Juice also gifted us chocolate-covered strawberries—white, dark, and milk chocolate, each wrapped around huge, perfectly ripe berries. Decadent, luscious, and unforgettable. Together, the drinks and treats elevated our fundraiser and helped make it truly special.
Working with Zenful Juice was a dream—their staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely community-minded. I can’t wait to return as a patron and dive into more of their menu (the avocado toast is calling my name!).

“Delicious, flavorful, healthy, fast, affordable, open late, accessible. What’s not to like? You can get a whole meal here including dessert for like a little over $20, my favorite being a green smoothie and a hearty chicken bowl with chocolate cashew pudding at the end. You get plenty of nutrition,
Clean and dairy free, and just the right portion size, not too big not too small. Very delicious, available all day. This place is my go to if I’m working late throughout the Bay Area.

Seating is inside the oakland food hall - it’s not a lively vibe and also the food hall is kind of in a weird sketchy post industrial area. I really recommend a quick pick up.“

“I had never heard of Kativa until my wife told me about this restaurant after going with a friend. We went back together, and I'm happy we did. I had the burrito bowl, and it was delicious. I sincerely look forward to trying another dish or their BYOB (build your own bowl) option. Kativa has a deceptively simple menu that allows for any number of experimentation for a more complex pallet.

“I had the Chicken Mix Bowl with the smokey chipotle sauce and it was AMAZING. I am allergic to dairy, gluten, and soy so being able to not worry about that with my meal was so nice. I also have ARFID (avoidant restrictive food intake disorder) and have a really hard with certain textures, usually chicken is really hard for me to eat but I had no issues with this chicken!! The texture was consistent all the way through, pulled apart really easily, and was just overall amazing. The portions are really good and the food is very flavorful. I'm really happy with my meal. Thank you guys for the amazing food. I highly recommend this place!!“
