This sweetgreen needs a supply chain professional to help streamline operations. They have people who come in wait for several online orders which feels wrong and it appears disrespectful to the people who are in line. You have to beg for a full serving for your salad. I love the food but the service makes it hard to continue to support this location.
While the line was long and many online orders were coming through today at lunchtime, the staff were attentive, friendly, and efficient.Notably, NeNe went above and beyond helping me create my own salad bowl, as this was my first time here. She positively engaged with not only me, but her team members, sparking fulfillment and enthusiasm. 10/10 customer service from her!The food was fresh, of high quality, and I will be coming back many times in the future!
