This is one of my favorite sushi place to go. I love how fresh and well balanced the nigiri and rolls are. Seasoned just right to bring out the fish's flavor. The wasabi is not overly strong and has a very nice kick to it, even with some texture too.
We love it here! The sushi is always fresh and delicious. Asahi on draft is cold and perfect and being able to get French fries with our sushi an absolute plus when we’re dining with our kids!
My wife and I did the omakase experience at Itani and it was amazing. It was such an intimate experience and all of the dishes were delicious. Cannot recommend it enough! We grabbed some extra sushi to go and the chef sent us with some on the house. Thank you Itani! We will be back.
