Food was good overall, broth was tasty, egg was cooked well, noodles had a good chew, chasu was a little dry. Not a huge fan of the takeout only model. We ate in the restaurant and food was served in a paper takeout bowl. Only disposable chopsticks were available and they were very thin. Only western style plastic spoons were available too which was not ideal for ramen. It would be a better experience if they offered decent bowls and utensils for eat in or offered higher quality disposal options, at the very least an Asian style soup spoon.

Great tasting Japanese cuisine. They seem to be a combination of different stores that sell different things. Seating area is a bit small, but service is quick and nice.

Good ramen however recommend asking for boba drinks at 50% because mine was too sweet. The sashimi bowl was ok, not a lot of fish though. This place is inside Alleys Kitchen. Fairly priced for the area.

Super nice staff and great food. They handled our large party very well and also stayed thirty minutes past closing just for us.

Ordered from a kiosk for one red and one black katsdon ramen. Delicious. Service is quite slow at 1:45ish.

It is at the same location as Alley’s. Order at kiosk, food come out from the bar counter, and send back bowl to bar counter afterwards.
The ramen was tasty and the soup base was rich. We had original, red, and black tonkatsu. The red tonkatsu was hot, but very flavorful .
SO GOOD!!! Everything was of very high quality—I got the deluxe red tonkotsu ramen and every part of it was great. It was actually pretty spicy, good noodles and broth, and the toppings were delicious (especially the braised pork wow!!) I also really enjoyed the jasmine green milk tea I got. This place is a bit pricey, yes, but I promise you it’s worth it!
