My friend & I went for Sunday brunch to celebrate a life event. Just us girls. Everyone was warm and friendly. From valet to waitress to bus boy, all seemed genuinely happy to be there, giving the place a nice vibe right off the bat. We ordered mimosas and the oysters, which were nice. The lunch was great, and the view is spectacular. The service was outstanding. My only complaint is about the parking. I was forced to use valet parking, despite the 2-hour validation, because there were literally no available spots in the parking lot. That added an additional cost to the lunch which was an unpleasant surprise.
Limewood is a lovely room with a lovely view, and the menu for brunch was quite good. It would be nice to have some additional gluten-free and vegan options but in general, the food was excellent. It felt a little bit like there weren't enough hands on deck in terms of the service For such a high end restaurant. But those that were working, bent over backwards to make us feel special.
