Fournée Bakery is a must-try destination for bread and pastry lovers. The croissants are fluffy and delightful, and the bread with olives fried in duck fat is sublime. The bakery offers a variety of sweet and savory treats, including Meyer lemon shortbread, scones, cheese popovers, and more. The Fougasse is olive-y, crisp, light, and perfectly moist, with a crusty, lightly salted outside. The almond croissant doesn’t taste artificial - truly a find. They also have authentic Paris style premade baguette sandwiches. Pastries and croissant were awesome too. Rhubarb strawberry crème tart, A+. Be prepared for a possible wait in line, but it's worth it for the delicious goodies awaiting inside. Best to get there early when they are nice and fresh and warm and before they sell out!
