Ordered 4 pints in the past and 2 were icy to the level not edible so I thought it was just a one time error. Gave it another try with another 4 pints and got icy pints again. Contacted on the website here and they said the SF one is not affiliated. Totally wrong website listed. Called left message no one ever called back.
Quality way down from usual unfortunately. Ice cream is all icy and 2/3 of the flavors are out. Worst of all the employee's mask was hanging down by his chin and he was breathing over our ice cream. Stay away until they get their act together again. This was not safe in times of COVID.

Friendly staff. Clean and cute place with reasonable pricing. I got the bourbon gelato with macadamia and chocolate. The texture very bumpy and it was melting abnormally fast even though I started to eat it right away. There was not a strong flavor of macadamia or bourbon. Very disappointing for gelato in little Italy.
