Always friendly and tasty! OP is longtime family owned.plus same grill man who always say hi to me, a customer for 20 years. I usually go for the great gyro (extra tzatziki!), BLTs and fresh lemonade, burritos, but all is fresh and made to order.
The chicken here is so good. Nice char on the outside but juicy, not dry on the inside. Comes with 2 sides; it's a great bargain for a nice filling meal.
If you're in the mood for breakfast, they have it all day.
Added bonus is that the owner is a super nice guy.

Breakfast sandwhiches that remind me of the east coast (as long as you add bacon) and home fries that satisfy the soul. Friendly service from the owner who clearly cares about running a solid business.
