Arinell Pizza Reviews
Before I would recommend them they are the greatest pizza that I’ve tasted in California but I think they’re closed so I can’t recommend this pizza place to anyone
My friends and I came here for pizza, although only a few of us actually ordered some. After chatting with who I believe was the owner for a few minutes, he generously offered the rest of us some pizza as well. That small act of kindness made us feel incredibly welcome. I can honestly say that Arinell Pizza offers not only delicious pizza but also a warm and welcoming atmosphere. It was a dining experience I truly enjoyed, and I’ll definitely be back.😊😊
This place has gotten so much better! And they now stopped using seed oils when making their pizza! They use olive oil and have whole/vegan cheese options. Seating has also became available and they are open late night too.

Arinell Pizza is a restaurant that offers pizza by the slice, with the option to add toppings. A plain pepperoni slice is described as an okay meal, with a reasonable price point. The restaurant serves large slices, comparable to those in New York City, and the staff is recognized for their hard work and friendliness. The Berkeley location has a limited seating area due to space constraints, making it a cozy spot. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible, though the interior is narrow. Reviewers mention that the pizza crust is delicious, noting that the NY style pizza is baked just right, with a thin and crunchy yet foldable crust. The balance of cheese and sauce has received praise, and a full vegan pizza was highlighted as being tasty and not sticky. While some reviewers think the prices are a bit high for California, the overall experience, including the welcoming service, has made Arinell Pizza a favorite for many, with one reviewer calling it the only true NY style pizza joint in the Bay Area.
