Ive been coming here for years whenever im in town and the service and quality has always been great. However, today it took almost 30 minutes to get two lattes, even tho the place was almost empty. They were busy filling online orders and ignoring the people who actually order in person. The place was almost empty, but virtually packed.

Love my local Peet's! Went for midday coffee with my friend and my dog. They gave him a pupcup (whipped cream) which he loved. Lots of benches outside to enjoy a break.

My favorite coffee shop in Montclair, hands down! I don’t know his name, but the manager is always there keeping the place chugging along and pitching in. They always get my mobile order out super fast, or if I need to order in person, I never wait more than 5 minutes. Love this place.

Very slow service; store employees were clearly overworked filling web orders.Hire more staff if you're busy. This isn't complicated, unless you're trying to just increase profit at all costs.
