We showed up around 7:20 am and the store was empty. We ordered a drink in person. We then had to wait 30 minutes while they made mobile orders. I was about to ask for a refund and leave because of how slow it was. In that 30 minute wait about 25 people came through and waited on their mobile orders. They were also distressed at the long wait time. This was definitely not worth waiting for and I won’t be back.
The staff was nice but clearly stressed and overworked. Peets management needs to have a separate system for in person customers and mobile orders. I would have avoided this shop entirely had I known that we would have to wait so long when the store appeared empty.

Compare with other stores, it is small but cozy. See lots of people in and out. Has other small stores to stop by. But parking is not so easy. Other than that, this is a good store.

Over from England visiting our daughter who lives here. This is our fave spot for our morning coffee which is delicious, as are the cakes. Lovely staff and great service.
Place has a nice small coffee shop vibe. They have a beautiful alcove with a florist in their backyard.Very nice place.

Ive been coming here for years whenever im in town and the service and quality has always been great. However, today it took almost 30 minutes to get two lattes, even tho the place was almost empty. They were busy filling online orders and ignoring the people who actually order in person. The place was almost empty, but virtually packed.
