The pork is perfectly cooked—super tender and juicy on the inside, but with those amazing crispy, caramelized edges that give it the perfect texture.They serve them traditional street-style on warm, double-layered corn tortillas with plenty of fresh onions and cilantro. Make sure to grab both the red and green salsas; the green is nice and tangy, and the red has a great, smoky kick that cuts right through the richness of the meat.Portions are very generous for the price, and the service was incredibly fast and friendly. This truck is officially a permanent spot on my lunch rotation. Highly recommend!“
