After my last experience here a few months ago I had all but vowed to never return, as they had again botched my order. And yet, as I found myself hungry and driving by and saw there was easy parking and no line, I once again succumbed to the convenience of The Station. I was surprised to find the place was still in business. I ordered a Cobb salad. I expected at least one critical ingredient to be missing, such as bacon or avocado, and I was prepared for it to be borderline inedible. However, it was reasonably well executed with seemingly fresh ingredients, and generous in size. I was pleasantly surprised. And it took them "only" 10 minutes to deliver my food. Obviously this does nothing to guarantee your burger will be any good. As always, the ambience was great. They had a basketball game on a big screen TV and even had a fire going on that chili evening. Staff was nice too. Their payment platform was down (shocker) and I didn't have cash so they just gave it to me for free. So, if it's empty and you're a glutton for punishment, it might be worthy of your consideration.

Had the all beef hotdog sweet potato fries and milkshake. The hotdog was dry and the milkshake had so much cardamon couldn't drink it. I normally love this place, but this time the food was not good. My friend had the veggie burger. It was so thin, pretty much was just bread and lettuce

My order was incorrect when he fixed it was worse. The price did not justify the food. $25 for 2 leaves of lettuce, impossible burger patty and onion as they forgot the aioli and cheese. When I asked for those they re did the order however it with the wrong aioli, wrong cheese and forgot the onion and he also kindly replaced the perfectly fine fries with new one however not type I ordered. I will say he was very kind about the fixes.

There were 5 people ahead of us in line when we arrived. Estimated wait time from food order to arrival was 35 minutes. After 45 minutes food for one member of our party arrived but the remaining 3 did not. After waiting another 20 minutes and multiple conversations we still couldn't get our remaining food items or a refund. For context, the items we were waiting for were french fries and artichoke hearts

The ordering system is extremely slow. They completely forgot part of my order and only brought it after I complained, 20 minutes later. Food is mediocre and overpriced.

PLEASE DON'T GO HERE!! I've been here twice, the second time worse than the first, the first being mediocre. This is the first yelp review I've ever written, if that tells you anything. I wanted to love this place: location is great and it's an ideal spot for a sunny day. But wow the extremely slow service and food (which cannot be justified by how long it takes) make this place horrible. My partner and I--at 4:30 pm--ordered a burger subbing chips for fries, a BLT with chips, a beer, and a green juice. You'd think drinks would come out pretty quick, but the beer took ~25 minutes. A beer?! There were only a group of 3 teens also waiting for their food. No other customers. Well, we didn't get our food until 40 minutes later!! My partner's burger bun was untoasted, and my BLT was cold and soft (despite it looking toasted...?). It felt like they just waved the cold bread over a gas stove to give it the appearance of some toastiness. The BLT came with no chips (even though the menu says chips), and gave me my partners fries, which were soft, cold, and unsatisfying. We were baffled at how the green juice never came out until 40 minutes later...like, what is there else to do?? No one was there!! When I reminded the waitress about the juice, she was like "oh yeah!" and handed it immediately, but it looked and tasted like it had been sitting on the counter for a while (it was separated). We left around 5:30, and what was most striking was that this is when dinner rushes start building up, yet it was totally empty at 5:30 pm on a Saturday. I want to understand so badly what happens in the kitchen and what's up with management. From what I've researched, this place used to be bomb. Did they get a new owner and just keep the menu expecting it to go great...? To be clear, this feels like a huge management issue, and I place no blame on the workers that seem like they're scrambling or confused. So @managament, please get it together. No one should be eating here until you're able to recognize the issues in your restaurant.

for the price, not worth it. bun on the regular burger was not toasted - fresh, but low quality. my hamburger did not come with the pictured fresh red onion which i missed. my son’s mushroom burger did not have havarti cheese as described, and had bacon (not described). my beet juice drink was lacking ginger.no one checked on us to see if everything was alright.this is our second time recently and we won’t return.

Been here a few times in the last year and it’s increasingly worse each time, somehow. Today my plate was finished before my companion’s plate was delivered. Four other orders taken after his were served _before_ his. The orders each have numbers. For orders of the same foods - burgers - how is this even possible, dear reader? It speaks to a total lack of care. I also received my text message for my order after we had both finished our food (remember ⤴︎ his came 15 minutes later too).Prior visits I’ve had similar issues with plates from the _same_ order being delivered 10 minutes apart, and sometimes wrong. There is nobody to talk to: the order taker is a Revi device and the skeleton staff have minimal language and time.I’m done, it’s a shame, it used to be good. My wife summed it up best: “…can’t believe you have to pay to eat there”.

burgers were overpriced, terrible, had no sides. very long wait despite place being empty. patty was thin, bun wasn't toasted. maybe instead of 100 burgers they don't know how to cook, they coul try to figure out how to make one burger well?

this is a good place to just hang out and munch on some fries ... the rest of the food is kinda expensive for what it is, but have some water and fries and it's affordable. come when the weather is nice.

Ok so you see this place and think “the vibe looks good, sure it’s only 3.5 stars but how bad can it possibly be?” Just… DON’T DO IT. When we got there we saw a few groups seated but most tables were empty, definitely not crowded so we decided to go even though it’s been pretty slow in the past. We ordered on 4 tabs; after 45 minutes 2 people had gotten their orders (1 of the orders was wrong but at least still a burger, could be worse). 15 minutes later, I went to ask about when I could expect my food (I had ordered immediately after the 2 that had gotten their food) and they said there were 6 groups ahead of me. Huh?? I peeked into the kitchen and saw a grill covered in raw chicken, grill completely off — also huh??? Luckily they were able to cancel our remaining orders (probably they have lots of experience doing this lol). I guess the upside is that I didn’t have to pay $80 to get burgers + drinks and fries for 2 people.

Absolutely horrible service. 4 people all ordered within 5 minutes. 1 person got the correct order. One person got the wrong order. Two ppl waited 45 minutes, when they finally went up, the restaurant just cancelled one order, and found out that the other order they had run out of- but decided not to tell anyone. We will definitely not be back.

It was fairly empty when we arrived with no line at all. Took 30 or 35 minutes to get 2 burgers, but the wrap sandwich we'd ordered never came. After 45 min, we received an egg burrito which we hadn't ordered. Fries were pretty mediocre as well. 3 sandwiches, fries, and no drinks cost$80. Will never go

Mediocre, overpriced, under-seasoned, and the add-ons are a joke.
