it's a great place, especially if you're looking for a place to work and eat/drink
Coffee is often tolerable, but the service is excruciatingly slow. Today, I waited 20 minutes for a drink. Every time I asked the barista if my drink was the one sitting on the shelf, she repeatedly stated "No, that's a Mocha". When I went to talk to the staff about my drink not being there, they flippantly replied "That's your drink right there! Why haven't you taken it?"
